Fruit Infused

Springtime is here and we feel the warmth slowly creeping up on us. It’s important to stay hydrated now more than ever and to remember to drink our recommended 8 glasses of water (or 0.5 ounces x Your Body Weight in Pounds = Daily Fluid Requirement in ounces). There are many ways jazz up your water. The easiest way to do this without artificial flavoring is to infuse your water with fruit. Choose natural ingredients such as mint leaves, citrus, berries and melons to add a hint of flavor to your water. Cucumbers are also a great and refreshing option you can add. If you want to get creative, you can make fruit ice cubes. Simply place berries or the item of your choice in an ice tray, fill with water and freeze. Add them to your water and they can keep your water cool and infuse all at the same time! Cheers!
